We are looking for a talented video editor to create videos for the Youth Music Awards 2026. This is a freelance contract role for someone seeking paid experience to build a career in the creative industries.

The video editor will work with our agency partner, Tell Studio, receiving feedback and mentoring from experienced industry professionals. You will edit, grade and mix visuals, apply motion templates, music fades and transitions provided by Tell Studio, focusing on branding and engaging formats.

We’re looking for two music-loving hosts to present the Youth Music Awards on the night.

Hosts will need to provide a seamless flow throughout the evening, linking between live performances and 12 award categories, keeping guests engaged and the energy in the room high.

Our hosts must be confident in front of a large crowd, have a passion for music, and will ideally have experience in broadcasting, live events, or both!

There will be a party atmosphere at the Youth Music Awards, with around 500+ people: including nominees, music leaders from projects Youth Music invests in and music professionals from across the industry.

You will need to create a fun and exciting atmosphere, while also being able to stick to timings, deal with the unexpected, and keep the evening moving.

Working closely our other presenter - you’ll interview nominees, winners, performers, sponsors, and other special guests throughout the event. This footage will be edited and distributed across Youth Music channels to engage a wider audience with the Youth Music Awards.

You’ll bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to every take. Viewers will see your personal passion for music, and your belief in its power to change young people’s lives.

We’re looking for someone who can speak confidently with guests and make them feel comfortable being interviewed on camera. The successful applicant will be fully briefed on our campaign story, then bring this to life in their interviews.
